4Life Psychology Centre provides best practice clinical and coaching psychology services to individuals, couples, and families.
Our Mission
To be an invaluable resource for people interested in advancing their emotional wellbeing, personal development, and life satisfaction.
Our Philosophy
We believe that adversity and challenge present an opportunity for growth and personal development and that it is our natural inclination to avoid, escape, or get rid of unwanted private experiences (such as unpleasant thoughts, feelings, sensations, urges & memories) that inhibits our wellbeing and development. We believe that good therapy is about assisting clients to fundamentally change their relationship with painful thoughts and feelings, to live in the present, and to take action, guided by their deepest values, to create a rich and meaningful life.
Our Focus
As our name suggest we are as interested in helping our clients overcome emotional and life challenges as we are in assisting them to live a vital, engaging and fulfilled life.
