Rebecca has eight years experience working in private practise with children, adults and couples. In her general practise she has worked with clients across a broad range of issues including depression, stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, sexual problems and abuse and trauma recovery.
Her particular area of interest is in the relationship domain, focusing on the nature of the bonds and attachments people form with each other. I work at all points of the lifespan, which includes mother-baby bonding, parent-child relationships, individuals struggling with relationships, and couples.
Rebecca endeavors to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment to process distressing emotions and provides frameworks to help clients understand their experiences and learn new skills that enable positive change in emotional wellbeing and behaviour.
